Houston-area flood advisories still in effect Sunday after overnight storms
Residents along the east fork of the San Jacinto River from FM 1485 to Lake Houston have been under a mandatory evacuation order since Friday, when County Judge Lina Hidalgo said river flooding conditions were catastrophic, and only getting worse this weekend.
